STRANGULATION DE LA RACINE DE LA VERGE PAR UN ANNEAU MÉTALLIQUE : À PROPOS D’UN CAS ET REVUE DE LA LITTÉRATURE

Résumé

L’arsenal thérapeutique dans les dysfonctions érectiles comporte des moyens mécaniques. Certains procédés traditionnels trouvent leur inspiration du vacuum. Les auteurs rapportent un cas de strangulation de la racine de la verge par un anneau métallique.
Il a bénéficié d’une ponction des corps caverneux. L’ablation de l’anneau a été réalisée à l’aide d’une scie à métal. Une érection matinale a été signalée un mois plus tard.

ABSTRACT

The therapeutic arsenal in erectile dysfunction comprises mechanical means. Some traditional methods find their inspiration from vacuum. The authors report a case of strangulation of the root beyond rod by a metal ring. He received a puncture of the corpora cavernosa. Removal of the ring has been performed by using hacksaw. A morning erection was reported a month later.
